JUICY DUCK BREAST
Probably the best duck in the Karkonosze Mountains – A juicy duck breast that perfectly balances rich and delicate flavours. Served with distinctive red cabbage with a hint of hibiscus, pear cooked in wine and aromatic spices, and a smooth mayonnaise. The dish is completed with a deep cherry demi-glace sauce and a crispy panko crunch.
CRAFTSMANSHIP ON A PLAT
Classic beef tartare – A generous portion of premium-quality beef for everyone who appreciates authentic, deep flavours. Served with distinctive traditional accompaniments: crispy pickled cucumber, spring onion, marinated mushrooms and a creamy egg yolk. The dish is perfectly complemented by our signature herb mayonnaise, fresh chives and crispy bread with butter.
SCHNITZEL WITH A MODERN TWIST
Pork schnitzel with ash-baked potatoes – A traditional pork loin dish in a version you will simply want to come back to. At Albero, we value simplicity and bold, distinctive flavours, which is why we serve it with aromatic potatoes baked in ash and a generous portion of fried cabbage with bacon and garlic. The dish is perfectly finished with butter and fresh parsley.
