Yoga, Pilates or perhaps morning stretching? Our trainers will make sure that every morning brings you a dose of good energy!

Our guests have a gym at their disposal, equipped with a treadmill, an orbiter, a bicycle, an atlas, dumbbells, kettlebells, as well as mats and rubber bands for lovers of stretching and calisthenics.
The 17m x 8m leisure pool is an excellent option for active leisure. Aqua Aerobic led by our instructors is a combination of activity and fun.
Did you know that a network of cycling routes has been marked out in the Jeleniogórska Valley, which are eagerly used by lovers of two wheels. The international routes intersect here: ER 2 - the ‘Liczyrzepa Trail’, ER 6 - the ‘Bobr Valley Trail’ and ER 7 - the ‘Izerskie Foothills Trail’. Excellently prepared cycle paths lead from Jelenia Góra to the ‘Pearl of the West’ and to Łomnica, and new traffic-free paths are being built along the streets leaving the city. Cycling races and marathons are organised around the town.

Single tracks in the Krkonoše Mountains are great fun for athletes and amateurs alike. In total, more than 70km of trails are available to cycling enthusiasts. The official name of the trail complex is the ‘Olbrzymy Cycling Range’. The routes are located in the following towns and cities: Jelenia Góra, Podgórzyn, Piechowice, Zachełmie, Przesieka and Borowice.

Nordic Walking is a discipline that engages as many as 90% of your muscles. It exercises the muscles of the legs, chest, shoulders and back in equal measure... and if we add to this the view of the Krkonoše Mountains or the Ore Mountains? Nordic Walking is one of our guests' favourite activities.

The Osada Śnieżka is an ideal starting point for hikes in the nearby surroundings. The location between the Giant Mountains and the Janowickie Ore Mountains means that even the least experienced mountain hiker will find something to his liking.
At 547 m above sea level, there is the third highest waterfall of the Giant Mountains on the Polish side of the mountains, the Podgórna Waterfall, which winter swimming enthusiasts from all over Poland.
