Free Kids Policy
The comfort of our youngest Guests is our top priority, so we invite you to familiarize yourself with the children's policy rules.

Stay for children up to 3 years old is FREE. Each accommodated person receives a towel.
Children sleeping with parents in the same bed do not receive additional bedding. It is possible to purchase bedding for the child at a price of 30 PLN/stay.
When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be shown upon check-in.

A space for relaxation and water fun for the whole family is located on the -1 floor.
A paddling pool with a slide for the little ones and a recreational pool conducive to relaxation and activity.
Sauna zone on the -1 floor is a place of deep regeneration.
Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, as well as salt and ice caves.
Exercise room and gym.
A modern sports area located in the apartment section where fitness classes take place.
Kids Club in the apartment section is a land full of children's smiles!
Among the attractions: a playroom, monkey gym, drawing corner, cinema room, and Magic Arcade machines.
Game Room is a place of entertainment not only for children!
Here you will find PlayStation consoles, billiards, and arcade games. Welcome to the main building, 1st floor.

Important information

The offer price does not include parking fees within the complex: 30 PLN / per day.
The reception desk is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is possible only until 23:00. In case of planned arrival after 23:00, the Guest is required to contact the reception in advance to arrange the possibility of a later check-in.
Hotel day 16:00 - 11:00. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to apartment availability, for an additional fee.
When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be presented upon check-in.
For Guests with pets, accommodation in the apartment section is offered. Pet stay cost: 50 PLN / per day.
Non-utilization of any service does not result in a refund.
For the youngest guests, we offer paid amenities: travel cot with bedding and towels (towel does not apply to children staying free of charge), high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer, and changing mat.
