Policy regarding free children
The comfort of our youngest Guests is very important to us, therefore we invite you to familiarize yourself with the children's policy.

• Stay for children up to 3 years old is FREE. Each registered person receives a towel.
• Children sleeping with parents in the same bed do not receive extra bedding. It is possible to purchase bedding for a child for 30 PLN/stay.
• If staying with children, during check-in please present a document confirming the child's age.

• Indoor swimming complex*
  A place for relaxation and water fun for the whole family is located on floor -1.
  A paddling pool with a slide for the youngest and a recreational pool for relaxation and activity.
• Sauna zone on floor -1 is a place of deep regeneration.
  Finnish sauna, infrared, steam bath, as well as a salt and ice grotto.
• Exercise room and gym.
  A modern sports area located in the apartment section where fitness classes are held.
• Kids Club in the apartment area is a land full of children's smiles!
  Among the attractions: playroom, monkey jungle, drawing corner, cinema room, and Magic Machines.
• Game Room is a place of entertainment not only for children!
  Here you will find PlayStation consoles, billiards, and arcade games. Welcome to the main building, 1st floor.

*On Fridays and Saturdays from 20:30 to 22:00, only adults are welcome.

• Albero a'la carte Restaurant – traditional dishes with a modern twist and refreshing drinks.
  On Christmas Eve 24.12. the Albero Restaurant will be closed.
• Boutique SPA No. 7 – relaxing treatments and massages under the Eldan Cosmetics brand
• Sports equipment rental – open seasonally
• Bistro pod Śnieżką – open seasonally
• Woodhill – private relaxation zone: sauna, tub, sun loungers, hammocks, and cozy grill hut. Possibility of a session with a sauna master.

• The offer price does not include parking fees on the premises: 30 PLN / per day.
• The reception desk is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is only possible until 23:00. In case of planned arrival after 23:00, the Guest is obliged to contact the reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
• Hotel day 16:00 - 11:00. It is possible to extend the hotel day depending on apartment availability, for an additional fee.
• If staying with children, during check-in please present a document confirming the child's age.
• For Guests with pets, stay is offered in the apartment section. Pet stay cost: 50 PLN / per day.
• Unused services do not entitle to refund.
• For the youngest Guests we offer paid amenities: travel cot with bedding and towels (towels do not apply to children staying free of charge), high chair, bath, bottle warmer and changing station.
